Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will I receive my film?

My timeline is 8 – 12 weeks. I pour my heart into each film and take the amount of time needed to ensure the best quality possible.

Q: Do you offer photo?

All local travI do not offer photo services, but my husband does! Feel free to him an inquiry at www.marcushanenburg.comel fees are included. Destination weddings will incur additional charges.

Q: Can we customize our package?

A: Absolutely you can! Let me know as much details as possible in my inquiry form and we’ll discuss in our call together.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes, you can pay in full or choose between a couple of payment plan options.

Q: Do you charge travel fees?

A: All collections already include basic travel in the prices. I only charge extra for unique circumstances (think hot air balloons, helicopters, etc.).
